Hmmmm yum yum what a sweet memory that Leckerli Switzerland!
Looking for the recipe, we tested a first version, consisting of flour, honey, almond, orange, lemon, spices and brandy.
Not bad at all, but they did not look quite the Leckerli we had tasted. Indeed, the first bite that made us think of the Chamonix but much less sweet, then it will be closer but not there yet.
Yum yum.
Anyway they are perfect for the Christmas season is coming!
