/ Saint Jacques & Seafood
I found the recipe on the site of a brand of soup, which I had 1L in the closet.
I used half to make an adaptation of this recipe and other for it to do tomorrow.
Humm
For us, I divided the amount by two, but finally we eat again on tonight!
Damn ... there are hardly any sniff.

For 4-6 people:
- 1 liter
Soup - 250g risotto rice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 400 grams of fruit cocktail or fresh frozen seafood .
- Salt and pepper may
Heat oil over low heat in a saucepan and pour in the rice grains previously rinsed.
Mix 1 to 2 minutes.
Add soup and seafood cocktail and cook over low heat 30 minutes stirring regularly .
